Job description
This is a contract position approved until the beginning of August. Start date is ASAP. Candidates need to be able to work onsite at the Minnetonka office for training and support.
This is a service desk position, taking calls and working incidents that have been self-submitted by employees in ServiceNow.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum education level required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of related (IT help desk/service desk) experience
Required Experience:
· Good customer service skills
· ServiceNow experience for ticketing
· Experience working with Active Directory for password resets

Salary: Up to $24.00 per hour
