Position Information:
Boone County Family Resources is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Site Supervisor. The primary duty of the Site Supervisor is the management of the Supported Living residential program, which involves oversight of the provision of services to persons served in accordance with their individual plans of care and in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and accreditation standards. The Site Supervisor is responsible for staff scheduling and coordination, complaint investigation, service coordination, oversight of client fund expenditures, and regular staff meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University or a combination of education and experience, one year of experience working with persons with disabilities can be substituted for each year of required education. A strong preference will be given to applicants with supervisory experience and/or experience working as a Direct Support Specialist for at least one year with the Agency.

Job Type: Full-Time
