Arsenal Advertising is a looking for a Social Media Specialist to add to our arsenal of talent. This position will be a full-time position. The Social Media Specialist will work with a portfolio of customers to develop and maintain effective social media campaigns. You will craft social strategies, write optimized client content, execute technical optimization, and implement organic and paid social media campaigns to bolster clients’ online visibility. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, as well as staying abreast of client events, activities and news, as well as social media marketing trends. Must have at least 2+ years of social media experience handling a variety of clients.

What You’ll do…

Social Media Management

  • Build, implement and measure social media campaigns
  • Develop highly-targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, etc. to enhance the clients’ engagement, increase conversions, and drive traffic to their website (including contests, giveaways, custom ads, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with an emphasis on paid social
  • Proficient use in Facebook Ads Manager
  • Compile and create eye-catching, relevant images and visuals for client posts or promotions using native platform Photoshop, Canva, Crowdriff, and other similar tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends or algorithm changes and adjust social media strategies
  • Craft informative reports each month to measure social media success with Sprout Social
  • Create compelling, keyword-optimized content for websites, articles and press releases
  • Implement and utilize Sprout Social reporting, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite to extract and analyze relevant data to develop reports
  • Work with and evaluate influencers

General

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in a wide variety of industries
  • Constant self-education and collaboration with coworkers
  • Work closely with creative department
  • Work directly with digital team to develop and implement new services, processes and Social Media or SEO strategies
  • Be accountable on company projects and take leadership on new initiatives
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment

We are looking for someone with…

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising and/or other related degrees
  • Passion for digital marketing and social media with 2+ years’ experience
  • General understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Strong understanding of social media management tools including but not limited to Facebook, Instgram, Twitter, Linkedin, Sprout Social and Crowdriff
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Passion for building and refining brand identities through the creation of social media campaigns and SEO content
  • An awareness of the latest search marketing trends and developments
  • Self-motivation with a drive to improve processes and take on additional projects
  • Interpersonal communication skills that thrive in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time-management, multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
  • Demonstrated drive for superior service, both internally and externally
  • Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner
