LGC Valley, Inc. has another opening for a Soils Geotechnical Field Technician to join our Valencia Office to work on various projects primarily in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate is confident and smart with a sturdy field vehicle willing to drive to various job sites primarily around LA, OC and Ventura Counties. Experience with grading on small to large construction sites and familiarity with those skills commonly associated with such projects is a plus. However, we will train from the ground up.

Organization and the ability to work closely with others and think on your feet is a must. You must have an insured work vehicle and a good driving record, be able to regularly lift loads of approximately 30-50 lbs., walk on uneven surfaces, and basically be able to navigate on foot through construction sites; you need to be fit.

Pay is commensurate with experience and options can be negotiated. Competitive compensation, mileage, field allowances, health care (with dental and vision options), 401k, a Personal Time Off (PTO) account and a generally liberal time-off/vacation policy; family focused; easy work environment, but with individual and professional expectations.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
