About us

Solstice Solar, LLC is a local Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company based out of Houston, Texas. We are looking to grow our internal sales team, and are seeking highly motivated and self-driven individuals that possess experience with door-to-door knocking in order to generate appointments. We are a one-stop shop with financing lenders, an operations team, a call center, and installation crews. We do our own installations and installations for nine other solar companies!

The Door-to-Door Appointment Setter is responsible for opening new client accounts and maximizing the company's revenue. The Door-to-Door Appointment Setter will be working with the company's Director of Sales to create marketing strategies and advertisements. The ideal candidate should havesolid communication skills, the ability to multitask and work independently, a basic understanding of marketing principles and a high-level comfort level with technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• -Canvas neighborhoods, knocking on doors, & speak to homeowners.
• -Attend team meetings & sales training regularly daily.
• -Schedule appointments for Solar Advisors.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
