Job Summary: The IT Applications Manager (Service Delivery Manager) is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to meet HR, Payroll and Financial customer needs and is responsible for customer relationships across their span of control. They are responsible for supervising, analysis, evaluation, development, testing, implementation and ongoing support of HR, Payroll and Financial software applications. The HR, Payroll, Scheduling and Timekeeping platform is UKG Dimensions and our Financial systems are Oracle Fusion. The majority of the effort and time is spent on the UKG Dimensions platform.

Essential Duties:

Ongoing Support

Manage and validate cloud platform (UKG Dimensions and Oracle Fusion) upgrades

Own and manage systems support for UKG Dimensions and Oracle Fusion, coordinating with a third party Level 2-3 support service for Oracle Fusion and UKG Support Services for Dimensions

Routine setup and maintenance for UKG Dimensions, including: pay rules, shift/holiday schedules, time-off accruals and deduction calculations, Time card rules, Employee self-service, Manager self-service and approval rules, workflows, Device manager and Integration, Calendar setup

Create and Manage UKG Dimensions Ad Hoc Reports, Dataviews, etc. Including data management outside of tool using Excel to produce useful information for business users

Project/Program

Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities for assigned programs.

Develop project timelines and identify project tasks and procedures; prepare cost estimates for completing projects.

Recommend, develop and administer policies and procedures.

Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures.

Conduct diagnostic investigations of program errors and implement or recommend solutions or methodologies for resolution.

Implement system changes through automation, process change, management solutions and training.
