Job Description:
The school-based therapist provides counseling services in a timely manner to students who are experiencing behavioral and/or mental health difficulties. The therapist may also provide family counseling and group counseling. Other duties include: attending meetings, maintaining records, and providing consultation to school staff as needed. Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field required.
o Carry a full outpatient caseload in an elementary, middle or high school
o Provide individual therapy and occasional family therapy
o Participate in clinical supervision meetings 1 time per week
o Web-based documentation that can be completed from any location
o 40 hour week position
o Ability to grow and develop with extensive training opportunities

Requirements:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field from a CACREP accredited program.
Excellent therapeutic, written, verbal, and collaborative skills
A highly accountable, mature professional who listens actively and leads
Self-motivated individual who can set and meet simultaneous short and long term performance
Desire to be a part of a proven leader in the world of behavioral healthcare.
Applicant must have a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage/family therapy. Experience counseling children is highly desired. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
