Summary:
Provide in depth analysis of tooling related issues, troubleshoot, assemble and maintain class 101 tooling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repair Tooling
- Evaluate Tool Components on set PM schedules
- Perform inventory cycle counts on tool spares and components
- Manifold Repair work to include, changing out nozzles, tips, tcs and manifold sections
- Change components in molds for production
- Troubleshoot problems in area of cleaning, repairing and mold changing
- Variable work schedule and overtime may be required
- Must be able to meet the attendance requirement for the position
- Participate as a team player
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Blueprint Reading
- Formal apprenticeship or 3+ years of equivalent training/experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of hot runner manifold repair and maintenance experience (preferred)
- a. Mold Master
- b. Husky
- c. Polyshot
- d. MDI
- Basic Electrical knowledge (preferred)
- Tool room environment work experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of working with tool steel and carbide
- Quality inspection, capable of using micrometer, caliper, and optical comparator.
- Strong communication Skills
- Problem Solving Skills

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
