We're changing the landscape of snacking on nuts, dried fruit, chocolate and more! We planted our roots in Newark, New Jersey during the Great Depression, selling premium nuts on Mulberry Street's open air market. We've come quite a long way since then, taking our multi-generational family business online in 1999. Even after 90+ years, we continue to pride ourselves in expertly sourcing the highest quality foods and treating our customers like family.

The role

We are looking for Temporary Warehouse Associate capable of filling a variety of roles on our production and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. We are a rapidly-growing company; you'll have the opportunity to grow along with us!

What you'll do

• Work within the assigned department and be flexible to movement across departments as business needs show themselves
• Meet the GMP standards whenever the employee is needed to work in an area that contains GMP requirements.
• Be able to take direction from a Supervisor/Line Lead/ Team Lead.
• Employee will be needed to work overtime (We will make the attempt to advise with as much notice as possible)
• Meet minimum standard requirements for any area that contains a minimum standard of production.
• Work the scheduled shift as assigned by the management team.
• Meet the scheduling requirements for being on time and working the entire shift

What areas you will assist in

• Picking
• Packing
• Putaway
• Taping
• Stacking

What you'll bring

• Able to complete physical work, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for up to 8 hours at a time
• A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
• Extremely detail oriented
• Excellent work ethic, always on time and very reliable
• Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers
• High school diploma or college degree or 2+ years' experience in a warehouse or food production environment
