Job Summary

The Assistant Account Manager works with our entire team with administrative duties for all customer accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Pull client renewals as they become available from various insurance carriers
  • Work with Account Executives to produce insurance quotes
  • Put together census data for clients
  • Put together communication materials we will use to explain benefit plans to clients
  • Assist with marketing material for clients and prospective clients
  • Work with Account Manager to process Open Enrollment Changes
  • Audit data for all clients to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with administrative work for all clients

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Administrative experience including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication skills
  • Great Attention to detail
  • Eager and willing to add to their knowledge base and skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
