You’ll join us out in Issaquah in a boutique office where the snack cupboard is full and the cowbell rings when something awesome goes down. We work a hybrid schedule - two days in office, three days virtually.

Outsource Marketing is seeking a full-time account manager with marketing strategy and planning experience. Your title here would be Marketing Integrator because we take a little different approach to account management. Learn why.

This is a full-time role, beginning immediately.

The gig:

  • Know your marketing s***
  • Build and maintain relationships with our hard chargin’ and fun lovin’ clients
  • Perform marketing research and planning
  • Formulate strategies that are on-budget and on-brand
  • Implement both digital and print campaigns
  • Lead colleagues on SEO and paid ads
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines
  • Manage social media strategies and content
  • Lead accounts across multiple industries
  • Manage projects from conception to delivery
  • Ideate (ooh, fancy), create and execute client marketing strategies and tactics
  • Partner with various internal and external specialists to achieve client goals
  • Stay on the cutting edge of what’s new in marketing, identifying opportunities to implement and experiment with new ideas
  • Develop, share, and manage detailed statements of work so deliverables are completed as scoped, within budget, and on time, so clients achieve desired results
  • Scope and recommend supplemental projects beneficial to our clients
  • Help drive client and company growth
  • Structure and manage workflows utilizing Scrum project management methodology

Gotta haves:

  • Solid work habits including time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and emotional intelligence
  • Degree in business, communications, or other related field is preferred but not required if the candidate has a proven track record in marketing account planning and management (a graduate degree a plus)
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing account management
  • Depth of knowledge and experience in marketing strategy, particularly brand positioning
  • Big thinker (strategy), tactical executor (get ‘er done)
  • Breadth of knowledge and experience in a wide array of marketing strategies, tactics, and channels - i.e., digital, social, email, print, outbound, inbound, Account-Based Marketing, SEO, paid search, demand generation, channel partner marketing, PR, and more
  • Proven track record of managing lead-generating and revenue-producing marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns
  • Proficiency in MarTech platforms such as CMSs (i.e., WordPress, Shopify), CRMs (i.e., Salesforce), MASs (i.e., Pardot, HubSpot, Act-on), and more
  • Analytical thinker (savvy with numbers and spreadsheets) with a creative bite (skilled with copy and good taste in design)
  • Ability to work with executives and owners of companies, summarizing and translating their big ideas into actionable steps and tangible outcomes
  • A team player with the ability to manage and motivate self, internal, and client teams
  • Goal-oriented and driven
  • Persuasive communication skills (client presentations are frequent!) with the ability to handle complex negotiations between company and client, company and partners, client and vendors, etc.
  • An avid learner with a growth mindset
  • Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and kind
  • Willingness to attempt things that haven’t been done before at Outmark and create processes and best practices
  • Embrace extreme ownership
