8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Summary: To support the company goals through effective administrative techniques, quality customer service and coordinating aspects of interoffice operations by performing the following duties. To communicate a quality and professional image through all aspects of office administration support.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following in accordance with company policies & procedure.

  • Answering phone, dispatching calls & greeting visitors
  • Monitor receptionist and general information emails and requests by researching and responding in timely manner
  • Light Accounting Duties (coding supplier invoices)
  • Efficient and expeditious filing while maintaining strict guidelines per company and customer requirements (ITAR)
  • Organizing and arranging company events and presentations
  • Data entry of various reports including production timesheets and inspection reports
  • Order entry
  • Inventory, maintaining office supplies
  • Office machine maintenance and copier service management
  • Navigate Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP windows-based software operating system for timekeeping and inventory transactions
  • Assist and support Office Manager and Management team with various document preparation to include preparation of promotional mailings, labels (requires Mail Merge), assist in preparation of reports, and various other correspondence.
  • Manage customer quotations (set up & preparation)
  • Communication with customers
  • Weekly report of incomplete quotes to Management
  • Assist customer order processing & packing lists, certs & arrangements for associated freight documents
  • Document control. Management of obsoleted documents including filing and destruction
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Advanced level Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent reading, writing, grammar, spelling, communications skills and math
  • Analytical

  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Basic Accounting
  • Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous office experience preferred or equivalent education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
