Who you are: You are an experienced Consultative Sales rockstar who loves generating results. You also love all things Aesthetic, but above all, people. You are highly motivated with strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be responsible for
• Booking appointments and new patient consults through outbound phone calls to warm leads and existing clients.
• follow-up with previous potential clients as well as patients who have not purchased services in the past.
• Drive appointment bookings for items on a client’s care plan.
• Provide value and educate patients regarding The RESTOR Method as well as the services we offer.
• Explain, and encourage membership sales
• Facilitate follow up with both clinical team and the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through the procedure.
• Using software to track success of existing contacts and communicate with the team.

Qualifications:

Experience/Qualifications:

• Candidate must have excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills (2+ years consultative selling experience highly preferred)
• Proven success in a commission and/or quota driven environment is a plus!
• Self-motivation, drive, initiative and outgoing and confident sales approach
• Experience using a contact tracking system

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
