Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative assistance to senior level management including but not limited to Executive Vice President, Sr. Vice President, Sr. Vice President/CFO and members of the administrative office. Responsibilities include secretarial and other administrative duties as delegated by the Executive Staff. Functions in an overall supportive role. Specifically works in a liaison position with hospital management medical staff and the community.




QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSURE:

Required Education: High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Education: College Business or secretarial-related courses

Required Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of secretarial experience. Excellent typing and computer skills to ensure accurate and timely production. Position requires person with initiative, ability to work with minimal guidance, ability to exercise good judgment and work effectively with people, organized, and ability to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication and public relations skills

Preferred Experience: Hospital administrative experience. Management support experience
