A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO SERVICE WRITER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As an Auto Service Writer / Customer Service Rep, your friendly personality and professional demeanor set the tone for all our customer interactions. Whether over the phone or in person, you greet each client warmly and listen carefully as they explain the issues they're experiencing with their BMW or MINI. An excellent communicator, you serve as a liaison between customers and technicians, making notes and writing up repair orders. You access digital inspection records and provide reports for customers to review. You're able to explain the service recommendations and cost estimates, competently communicating the value of preventative maintenance and timely repairs. As someone who is both honest and persuasive, you are effective at converting estimates into sales.

Our clients and staff appreciate your organizational skills and attention to detail as you book appointments and manage the work schedule. Additionally, you order and return BMW and MINI parts, efficiently managing the inventory to ensure jobs are completed on time. You keep customers in the loop throughout the repair process, providing updates and contacting them when their vehicle is ready for pickup. You love helping people each day, and you feel great knowing that our clients and technicians value your efforts!
