We are seeking a qualified candidate for an Automation Specialist at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas

As a member of the engineering team, the Automation Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various automated systems, including PLCs, drives, motors, and other control systems within the facility. They play a crucial role in designing and integrating new equipment and upgrades to existing equipment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and under budget. The Automation Specialist works closely with OEMs, contractors, and other team members to achieve the company's goals.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation Technology, a related field, or an Associate degree and 5 years of experience

· Extensive experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley Studio5000, Connected Components Workbench, RSView/FTView, Automation Direct PLCs, and HMIs).

· Familiarity with various control systems. Examples: Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, Phoenix Contact, Yokogawa, and Toshiba.

· Strong understanding of 3 Phase Power, AC/DC Drives, Servos/Servo Drives, Stepper Motors & Drives, and industrial electronics.

· Knowledge of Industrial fluid power systems.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
