Position Details:

• Experience: We are looking for a bartender with previous experience in crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. Prior bartending experience is required to ensure a seamless transition into our team.
• Shifts: The position offers two shifts per week. The schedule includes the following shifts:Saturdays: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Sundays: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Please note that flexibility in scheduling may be required occasionally.

• Compensation: The pay rate for this position ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn tips based on excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and restocking ingredients as needed.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced establishment is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses as mandated by local laws.
