PRO ABA offers services to children and youth with Autism and a behavioral health diagnosis in homes, schools, and clinics. We are looking for part-time BHTs and RBTs with knowledge of ABA to provide services in West Grove, PA. Technicians are responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants.

***This position is to provide services during after-school hours. Flexible with days and hours. This is a great opportunity for supplemental work! ***

Qualifications:

• High School diploma is required. Associates or Bachelors degree in a human service area preferred.
• Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
• A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth is highly preferred
• Experience with ABA is highly preferred
• 40 Hour RBT Training certificate is required but will consider candidates without the training if willing to complete prior to hire.
• RBT certification is preferred
• Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
