Bellhop Lead Mover/ Driver | $25/hour plus tips | No CDL required

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for Truck Drivers to join the Bellhop Moving team as full-time, W-2 employees. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the moving truck, leading a team of professional movers, as well as loading, securing, and unloading customer property.

• W-2 role with benefits including medical, dental, and vision
• Local work no long hauls; be at home every night!
• Schedule flexibility choose 2 days off per week (weekends required)
• Guaranteed hours minimum of 30 hours/week for full-time employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check
• Commercial motor vehicle driving experience preferred, but not required
• Must be 21 years of age, or older
• Have (or be able to obtain) a DOT medical card - we will assist with this!
• Willing to work weekends and holidays if required
• Able to repeatedly lift and move up to 100 lbs. using appropriate equipment and support when necessary
• Able to push, pull, squat, twist, kneel, reach, turn, and bend
• Able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Committed to protecting customer property
• Strong communication and customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate a 16ft to 26ft box truck
• Provide high-quality, professional moving services in a team environment
• Load, secure, transport, and unload customer items
• Be able to lift up to 100lbs
• Maintain regular inventory of all equipment
• Keep interior and exterior of the truck clean, sanitized, and free of clutter
• Complete all necessary documentation, such as delivery and incident reports
• Practice safe driving habits
• Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and cooperative attitude at all times
