Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a qualified Branch Manager to add to our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Mattoon, IL branch. Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with clients to ensure successful business development and to promote client and employee retention through excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy to ensure the availability of qualified employees to meet current and anticipated needs.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and regulations/applicable laws to ensure compliance (Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Legal, WOTC, etc.).
• Financial management of branch operations (budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L review, credit and collections, etc.).
• Develop a qualified staff by hiring, training and motivating employees according to established company guidelines to meet established goals.
• Identify developmental/career opportunities to ensure staff retention.
• Coach and counsel associates on behavioral and performance issues, document and take corrective action as necessary.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and hold regular staff meetings.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Requirements:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
• Proven track record of excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with recruitment.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change.
• Highly dependable with the ability to work flexible/extended hours as needed.
