Compensation Range: $75-90k with opportunity for manager bonuses. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee stores within the assigned territory
• Understand the brand mission and operational objectives for each location
• Develop goals and a strategic plan for low performing locations
• Ensure brand compliance
• Conduct trainings and facilitations for franchisees including regional on-site trainings
• Be a resource for owners and staff and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Communicate the needs of the owners with operations to ensure the best franchisee experience

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Franchise Experience: 2+ years experience in franchise operations; specifically managing franchisees and implementing franchise systems and processes.
• Leadership skills: The Brand Experience Manager should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. They should be able to lead by example, establish a positive work culture, and provide direction to team members.
• Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. They should be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate effectively with franchisees, and collaborate with other executives.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to identify opportunities for improvement, develop effective strategies to implement them and track progress toward goals.
• Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred or equivalent experience.
