We are now accepting applications for the Career Advancement Program!
The primary purpose of the Career Advancement Program is to identify and assist individuals who wish to progress in to supervisory and management roles with Titan Protection and Consulting, Inc. This program does not guarantee advancement, but will allow for current Titan management to quickly select new supervisors as needed.
Thank you for your interest. You must have a recommendation from a Lieutenant to be considered for this program. Please read the minimum requirements below BEFORE applying.
Qualified candidates for the Career Advancement Program will: Minimum qualifications include:
- Possess High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to obtain any relevant city or state security licenses
- Maintain an open scheduling availability
- Have a clear disciplinary record with minimal coachings and correctives
- Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record with no recent traffic incidents
- Possess a strong understanding of security and business operations
- Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with clients, coworkers and the public
- Demonstrate sound judgement and problem solving skills
