We are looking for a director with previous teaching, leadership and management experience in the certified daycare industry. This role would have experience at a center with 3+ classrooms. Main ages will be infants through Pre-K and candidates must have knowledge of all these ages.

Our ideal candidate would be a pillar of stability, professionalism, and leadership. This candidate needs to be a mirror of all these attributes along with reliability and problem solving each day. Must be passionate about providing excellent care and early education to our students. In addition this person would be committed to creating lasting relationships with families and staff!

This person would work alongside our directors and teachers to connect with families, implement age appropriate curriculum with provided materials, ensure that developmentally appropriate practices are upheld, train and oversee staff, and ensure the school stays in compliance with office of childcare regulations. Duties will also include interviewing staff, potential client tours, onboarding new clients and communicating with parents respectfully and professionally. Positivity, enthusiasm and multi tasking are a must!

You will collaborate with an experienced owner and admin team to be successful in your role. We have many tools that we use for success including parent apps, scheduling apps, useful templates and open communication with your admin team! Position is Monday-Friday with major holidays off. Qualifications:

*Minimum 1 year of director or assistant director experience at a daycare center with multiple classrooms
*Proficient in technology and computer uses
*Active in the Office of Childcare Criminal Background Registry
*Must have full safety Set classes and child development classes

*Reliable and punctual
*Professional on a personal, verbal and written level
*Flexible and able to think on their feet
*Great communication skills
*Positive attitude
