Certified Nursing Assistant:
Come join the talented staff at AdviniaCare Eastpointe in Chelsea! We are searching for CNA's for available flexible hours and all shifts. Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem positions are available to those with a valid MA CNA license. The candidate will assist staff members with and contribute to the implementation of total resident care. Comprehensive benefits offered to full-time candidates and a competitive salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- They should strive to always maintain patient comfort and safety and well-being.
- Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff.
- Assisting patients with mobility needs, bathing and personal care
- Responsible for acting as companions to patients and accompanying them on walks or other activities they enjoy.
- Documenting information.
- Cleaning rooms and bed linens, stocking supplies.
- Assisting with safety and some medical procedures.
SKILLS
- Strong communication skills, detail oriented, patient, compassionate, and empathetic.
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
- Comfortable working with specific populations of patients, including elderly patients and those with special needs.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Up-to-date immunization records.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass the State Exam and register as a Certified Nurse Aide.
