At ELC you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills by not only supporting residents with their medical and intellectual disabilities, but most importantly helping them reach their highest level of independence and potential.

• Pay range $17.00 to $21.76 - wage is based by experience
• $2500 Sign-On Bonus for a Full Time
• $1000 Sign-On Bonus for a Part Time
• $500 for Per Diem
• $500 Referral Bonus for employees who refer friends that result in fulfillment of a CNA position
• Up to $3 per hour additional differential pay for working qualifying shifts

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid State of Maine driver license
• High School Diploma/GED
• Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• Influenza & Covid-19 vaccination
• First Aid/CPR Certification & Bloodborne Pathogen training (can be provided at hire)
