Details for Client Care Administrator:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday. 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Pay Rate: $17.30/hr
  • Weekly pay

Job Responsibilities & Description for Client Care Administrator:

  • Answer phones and speak with clients about services
  • Handle the email inbox
  • Schedule appointments in the office calendar
  • Perform general office clerical tasks
  • Some light bookkeeping and tracking payments

Job Requirements for Client Care Administrator:

  • Must have proficient computer and typing skills
  • Experience in a law office is a bonus
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Nationwide background check
