• In charge of all employees and equipment on the project.
• Responsible for coordinating with general superintendent for temporary power, water, phone, fencing, toilets, and office; office equipment, supplies, and furniture; manpower and equipment.
• Responsible for coordinating scheduling and workmanship of all prime contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on the project.
• Responsible for oversight of prime contractors’ and subcontractors’ safety measures on the project.
• Work with the project manager to keep him/her informed of all changes to the plans, construction, schedule, and/or cost to the project.
• Review Bid Packages with Project Manager and advise on their scope.
• Review shop drawings/submittals.
• Create and update construction schedule.
• Coordinate with Administrative Assistant on all documentation for the project.
• Coordinate and conduct Owner and Contractor progress meetings.
• Responsible for writing RFI’s (Request’s for Information) when information is needed from Owner/Architect/Engineer, etc.
• Ensure encroachment permits are obtained and inspected for any items requiring encroachment permits (any offsite work, street, sidewalks, etc.).
• Ensure inspections are called for and signed off as required.
• Contact and coordinate with utility companies for permits, applications, service and schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
