Modern Heating and Air in Milford, CT is looking to hire a full- or part-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher. We pay $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience, and provide great benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, holiday pay, vacation pay, company-provided uniforms, training and development programs, and a great work environment with steady work and an existing customer base. We also offer flexible scheduling! There are part-time and full-time positions available. The typical schedule is Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm or Mon - Fri 7 am - 4 pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, & texts
  • Make outbound phone calls as needed to existing customers ONLY
  • Schedule and coordinate all service calls/follow-up appointments as calls are received
  • Maintain customer database information using Service Titan
  • Manage customer membership plans
  • Enter customer information quickly and accurately
  • Track recommendations for the service department and make follow-up calls
  • Answer phones for all departments
  • Excellent opportunity for the right person with room for growth


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with customer service, including phone experience
  • Computer skills
  • Organized and motivated with a positive attitude
  • HVAC office experience and ServiceTitan experience are a plus!
