Our goal is to hire a Part Time Customer Service Representative who is professional, personable and can work well with others. You will also be able to work independently and prioritize tasks to ensure that customers' questions are answered thoroughly and promptly. You will be responsible for providing information on products and services, answering questions, resolving complaints and addressing all customer concerns in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to any inquiries made by customers.
• Call customers in response to emails or letters.
• Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs are met.
• Provide information and recommendations to customers.
• Create a friendly work environment for employees, supervisors, and managers.

Hours include:

Monday - Wednesday // 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch // 24 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
