Administrative/Customer Service Associate

The Royal Green Appliance Companies in New Rochelle is looking for an experienced Administrative/Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and healthy attitude toward their job and excellent customer service skills. They must take pride in their work and in the service they provide to customers. Royal Green Appliance is a 70 year old, family owned, continually growing company. Please note: This position is in an appliance warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:

- Routing residential delivery trucks in the Tri – State area.

- Handle calls for deliveries and warehouse with exceptional customer service.

- Daily communication with clients scheduling deliveries

- Warehouse administration

- Work with fulfilment and sales team to efficiently complete client’s appliance orders.

- Provides exceptional customer service and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Salary: 45,000 to 55,000 depending on experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
