As the Data Entry Clerk, you will enter large volumes of information into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases, and you will handle additional accounting and finance support functions. Located in New York, New York, this Data Entry Clerk role is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity.How you will make an impact
- Assisting with data entry and additional administrative tasks
- Gathering and organizing information to be entered into the computer; prioritizing entries
- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
- Handling highly sensitive information
- Ensuring data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures
- Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions
- Assisting with special projects as required
- Less than one year of experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma, GED, or other equivalent
- Knowledge of numeric data entry
- Deep understanding of Perform Data Entry
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Fulfill a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
