Coppertop Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced dental assistant to join our amazing team of five. We are a one doctor, two hygienist office that focuses on quality work and patient relationships.

We are a fun loving, hard working, tight knit group of women who have a shared passion for our careers. We are looking to add a full time, experienced, EFDA certified assistant whoidentifies withour core values of kindness and integrity. Our average day includes CEREC same day crowns, implant restorations, clear aligners, botox for TMD and esthetics and exquisite composite fillings.

Hourly pay is dependent on level of experience.

Our office is closed on Monday, open Tuesday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:00 and Friday 8:00 - 1:00

An ideal candidate will be EFDA certified and have experience in a general dentsit office. The assistant is responsible for providing chair-side assistance to the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment, taking patient medical histories and x-rays, and providing patient education. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for dental treatments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Take x-rays and impressions, and digital scans with CEREC omnicam.
• Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during treatments.
• Keep the dental office clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Required)
