Looking for a new dental home? We are looking for a friendly and personable dental receptionist in a new dental office. We focus on quality patient care via state-of-the-art technology with opportunities to grow.

The dental receptionist’s responsibilities include entering patient information onto our data system, answering patients’ questions, and entering and verifying insurance information.

Dental Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
• Scheduling, rescheduling; confirming appointments as needed
• Preparing next day's appointments, including but not limited to checking insurance, creating treatment plans, etc.
• Scheduling follow-up appointments for hygiene and treatment
• Collecting payments as needed
• Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, and faxing

Dental Receptionist Requirements:

• Experience working in a dental office
• Proficient in dental practice management software is preferred
• Working knowledge of general administrative practices
• Good telephone etiquette
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.10 per hour
