Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Provide advice and counsel related to the technology and operations of the business including expertise with application development methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation. Assist in the planning and managing of application development assignments generally involving large budgets and cross functional projects. Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase and ensure principles and best practices are followed. Accountable for Design Reviews of Agile and Plan of Record (POR) projects as well as Code Reviews of Next Gen Architecture (NGA) projects and will elaborate, promote, and communicate Design Patterns applicable to NGA architectures and solutions. Accountable for providing architectural guidance to the software development engineer based on best practices and in alignment with CTO guidelines and platform. Elaborate and communicate clear metrics on Design Reviews, Code Reviews, CI/CD and Design Patterns adoption. Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues/risks at multiple levels. Implement continuous improvement and the induction of new technology. Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Employer will accept pre or post Master’s degree experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. 5 years of experience or 3 years in the alternative with a Master’s degree must include: Utilizing Java, Angular, Angular CSR/SSR, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Spring, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Oracle, Akamai, and Cloud platforms including AWS, PCF, and OpenShift to build applications offered to end users; Utilizing development tools including VSCode, STS, IntelliJ, and Eclipse for writing code to build end user banking applications; Utilizing automation tools including Junit, Karma, TestNG framework, Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber for writing code unit test cases; Utilizing BitBucket, RTC, and SVN for source control; Utilizing tools including Eureka, Hysterix, Docker, and Kubernetes for various aspects of code development and deployment; Performing automated code quality reviews, code performance, unit testing and build processing with External Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Platforms/tools including GIT/ BitBucket, Jenkins, RLM (Release Lifecycle Management), and Sonar; Performing application monitoring using tools including AppDynamics and Log monitoring using tools including Splunk for non-production and production environments; Requirement gathering, analysis, design and architecture, implementation, and maintenance; and Using MS Office Suite to perform analysis, stakeholder communication and to keep track of project progress. 40 hrs./wk.
