I work with an assisted living and memory care facility in Bozeman MT, and we are looking for a Director of Health Services (RN) to join our team full-time!

We are a vibrant 81 bed assisted living and memory care facility that is a styled like a modern lodge. We offer a variety of amenities and activities that help create lasting memories for our residents and their families.
You would be supporting a professional Health Services care team comprised of an administrator, resident service coordinators, medication technicians and a full staff of caregivers.
Responsibilities: Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, Leading, motivating, and inspiring employees to consistently perform their duties to the highest standards of expectation, Monitoring resident incident reports, advising health services employees concerning resident health issues, assessing residents as necessary, addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual issues, attend service plan meetings a necessary, assuring physician orders are reviewed, sent to the physician, and returned with physician signatures every six months, along with other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed RN in the state of Montana.
- Senior Housing Experience Preferred but not required.
- Desire to put residents first.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and effective in keeping track of multiple deadlines.
- Good judgement and professional maturity
- Ability to lead in industry of constant change.
- Strong computer skills
- Successful employee management experience

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, and no weekends or night on call!
