Our company is looking for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering the phone and providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Also logical understanding of mechanical and towing needs of vehicles and trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming calls and determine correct routing of calls; towing, repair.
• Take calls for tow truck dispatching and relay requests to tow truck drivers.
• Act as a customer service liaison between customers and drivers.
• Monitor progress of tow/service calls.
• Prepare towing/service call estimates and sell towing services.
• Use phone and computer dispatch system.
• Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain customer records in a secure database.
• Other duties as apply
• Maintain logical understanding of repair & towing needs to properly dispatch calls.
• Ability to make dispatching decisions; minimizing cost of fuel, maximizing services, reasonable eta's.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
