Description
The Enterprise Integration and Program Manager provides support in identification and development of enterprise process improvement opportunities. Provides support for investment prioritization and resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
Leverage and promote the use of the EPMO program management tools and methodology.
Provides steering committee and performance board structure and approach.
Manage the overall communication plan for the program
Issue/Risk identification, escalation, and resolution
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong project management skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Problem solving skills.
Matrix management skills
Relationship management skills
Strong communication skills
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
