Position

We are looking for a Entry-Level Copier Technician at our office in Medford, OR. If you are a problem solver who is detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking, we want to talk to you. We will train the right candidate!

Essential Job Duties

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Developing options to solve unusual problems
• Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

Qualifications

• Experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers
• Strong computer knowledge
• Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
• We will train the right candidate!
