Opportunity to be the dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer for an elite, high-performing Real Estate Team in Houston, TX to serve their home buyers with an average price point on the upper-end of conforming loan limits.

You will be remote to your Real Estate Partners in Houston and work in office from our headquarters in Sterling Heights, MI.

We are looking for a candidate who can match the fast paced, highly communicative work style of the Real Estate team and help ensure a world class mortgage experience for the borrowers and real estate agents.

This candidate should be proficient with using a CRM/various other software tools and adhering to digital workflows/processes while having a great presence on the phone and excellent written/oral communication abilities.

There is an expectation on having rapid response times for leads and the drive to do additional outbound prospecting into a database of potential home buyers.

The Real Estate Team

• ~400 annual transactions (65% buy-side | $548k median sales prices)
• ~1,000 people on our buy-side home searches
• ~1,500 past clients who we invite to 5x events per year
• ~33,000 member opt-in database we touch every 2 weeks
• All agents on team are high career achievers

This role is backed and supported daily by Mortgage JV - you will work inside of the Mortgage JV office and have all the support and resources needed to be successful in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
