JOB DETAILS:

Base pay starts at $21.50 per hour based on experience

Day Shift 7:00AM to 7:00PM Monday to Friday

DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• provide multi-skilled maintenance/electrical support focused on customer service , quality and cost in a TPM and environment
• Understand , troubleshoot and problem solve issues of basic, complexity in advanced electrical/mechanical systems(PLC, Drives, Servo, HMI,CNC etc..)
• Setup and operate Tool Room equipment needed ( Mills, Grinders, Lathes) to build, repair, revise and service molds, dies, calibrators, fixtures and related tools in a correct and timely manner
• Provide multi-skilled maintenance/electrical support focused on customer service, quality, cost and productivity in a TPM and CI environment. Focused on developing maintenance skills and abilities. Follows and promotes safety and safely perform all job tasks
• Demonstrate respectful workplace behavior
• Understand, troubleshoot and problem solve issues of basic complexity in advanced Extrusion Tooling and Process
• Test and perform preventative maintenance on Extrusion Tooling
• Understand basic operation and use of Machinist measurement equipment and tooling
• Understand basic fuction of PLC
• Understand trouble shooting process for Extrusion Process

• 2 years Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent past work experience
• 2 years of design, tool and die making experience for a plastic profile extrusion company
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience
• Basic PC skills (MS Windows)
• Ability to work in a team environment and self-direct activities
• Strong customer focus
• Continued technical training required each year
