360 Service Provider LLC, located in North Miami Beach, is hiring a Facilities Project Supervisor Junior to join our growing team!

Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Project Supervisor with projects sent to us by our many clients. This role is accountable to support the project from received through completion. Each Facilities Project Supervisor Junior is expected to perform with a high degree of quality and accuracy. Overall their primary responsibilities reside in service delivery, relationship interactions, and working with our supplier network. This Facilities Project Supervisor Junior position should need little direct oversight and/or constant support from management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Team and Vendor Relationship Interactions - This position requires direct interactions with the internal team and our vendors. In this role the Facilities Project Supervisor Junior has the responsibility to successfully interface on a daily basis with these key individuals. The Facilities Project Supervisor Junior owns the health of those relationships. With health being measured by the level of confidence these key individuals have in the Facilities Project Supervisor Junior assigned to their project requests. 360 Service Provider LLC will conduct formal customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis to measure the health of our overall relationship.

Service Delivery Excellence - The primary responsibility of this role focuses on service delivery. The execution of projects from received through completion. This position owns and is accountable to deliver service in compliance with customer contractual requirements, SLA’s for each work order, and 360 Service Provider LLC margin expectations per project. This role is capable of processing & orchestrating complex planned projects. The Facilities Project Supervisor Junior must deliver work orders with a high degree of quality and must document progress accurately in our cloud based systems.

Suppler Network - This role is on the front line between our suppliers and Project Supervisor and as such is responsible to hold our suppliers accountable to deliver high quality work and within the SLA’s established for each project. Their responsibilities also include documenting and providing feedback to 360 Service Provider LLC on supplier performance. From time to time this role will also be required to find new suppliers to support projects. In that role they will negotiate pricing to meet our contractual obligations supported by the 360 Service Provider LLC sourcing leadership.

Office hours: Monday through Friday - (Schedule to be discussed)

Full-time position required.

Profit Share Bonus Eligible.

Qualifications:

English required, Spanish & Portuguese preferred

3 years’ experience in a customer service role preferred. Preferably related to facility services

Outstanding abilities to multitask and reprioritize on a high frequency basis

Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed

Must be comfortable and have a high degree of comfort with cloud based systems

Customer management and client visits may occur

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Integrity and professionalism

Pay: $24,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
