Foreperson- Reclaim/Cold Plane Construction
What you can expect
- Starting rate $24.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $7.50/hour shift differential
- Annual increase potential
- Paid Time Off
- $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited
What you will do
- Experience with all aspects of Reclaim/Cold Plane operations
- Ability to lead and manage work crew
- Training new hires and coordinating training
- Collaboration between all lines of business to execute each job
