Job description
Our Organization is currently accepting applications to join our Long Beach Pediatric location. Work hours will likely be from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm on Monday to Friday but will be subject to change based on the needs of the department.
Primary duties will include but are not limited to:
· Greeting patients in a friendly, professional manner
· Answering, screening, and directing a high volume of phone calls to appropriate parties
Requirements:
· Excellent customer service skills
· The desire to work in a fast pace environment
· The ability to communicate clearly and fellow members both verbally and in writing
- Spanish speaking preferred
Educational Requirement:
· A High School Diploma or GED
