Job description

This Nurse will be responsible for providing direct care to patients and families in a variety of settings. We are looking for an individual with expert knowledge of the local area and an in-depth understanding of all aspects pertaining to patient health. Responsibilities:

• Take vital signs and other observations of patient's condition.
• Manage home health care services by monitoring the status of patients at home.
• Treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
• Perform physical therapy, wound care, and other treatments required by patients.
• Communicate with doctors or other healthcare professionals about patient's condition and treatments.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
