Summary of Role:
This role will assist Home Equity lending and closing staff in a support role to allow for greater efficiency in performing department responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Perform vendor orders such as titles and appraisals and follow up to ensure timely receipt.
  • Help answer department hunt group calls to provide answers to basic product questions.
  • Mail home equity disclosures for lending and closing staff which will include preparation of envelope and ensuring accurate and timely mailing.
  • Monitor inbox for vendor items and direct them to the appropriate lending staff. Update contacts in Meridian Link.
  • Direct documentation received from borrowers to the assigned lender. Update task list accurately
  • Work with Coordinators and Management to maintain recording fee and vendor order chart used by lenders and closers.
  • Assist with projects, as needed, as assigned by Coordinators and Managers
  • Other duties as needed.
  • Process and order supplies for department
  • Notarize documents as needed
  • Remain current on state and federal regulations (RESPA, FIRREA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Housing Act, and Reg. B, Reg. C, Truth in Lending Reg. Z, Truth in Savings, Reg. D and Reg.CC).

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training; and 6 months experience or training with Loans PQ
  • Your ability to be bonded is required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Member Service Skills
  • Ability to share and receive feedback to enhance performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong oral, written and auditory communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Starting Compensation: $20.68 - $24.82/hr., plus a competitive benefits package
