Position Summary:
Assist in facilitating the human resource processes at all clinic locations. This role oversees and administers the following HR operational areas, that include but are not limited to employee health benefits, orientation, onboarding, payroll, learning management and credentialing. Applies and explains Company policies, and state and federal laws and regulations. Partners with HR team members and operations leadership team in development and execution of human resources initiatives to meet business goals with meticulous attention to detail.
Task Responsibilities:

  • Build effective working relationships and drive improvements for processes and data.
  • Administers and communicates several human resources functions at all locations,
  • Act as champion of human resources initiatives that are designed to increase employee engagement and positively impact company culture.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and require others to do the same.
  • Organizes the new hire and onboarding processes, including review of company policies, collection and processing of new hire paperwork, and completion of orientation.
  • Make sure all IT requirements are completed for new hires at least 3 days prior to hire
  • Ensure all new hires are entered and terminated employees are removed from LMS.
  • Manage onboarding; ensuring new employees are compliant with job requirements.
  • Schedules and monitors required training programs and complete monthly reporting
  • Oversees employee probationary evaluations, including follow-up with supervisors.
  • Monitors and ensures timely communication and compliance of staff’s current licensures, certifications, registrations, and education as required in job descriptions and company policies and procedures.
  • Administers new hire insurance enrollments, changes, and terminations to insurance carriers as well as COBRA.
  • HRIS entries and notifications to payroll necessary for appropriate payroll deduction for corresponding coverage.
  • Assist with internal and external HR-related matters
  • Maintain annual training
  • Guides employees through open enrollment process and serves as a resource to employees in benefits administration.
  • Accurately completes all provider credentialing and re-credentialing, following up and ensuring all information is provided to the Quality Committee

Required Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma and bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations or a related field. Or equivalent experience and education.
  • 5 years of HR experience, Healthcare experience a plus
  • Experience using HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred.
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, Payroll, Onboarding, Credentialing. Joint Commission
