RCL Mechanical is looking for a HVAC Sheet Metal Installer that can represent our core values and perform calls for HVAC clients. This individual will be working closely with dispatch and our service manager. The technician is tasked with client satisfaction and efficient field execution on all calls. Having overall responsibility for the success of the call from start to finish. We are looking to deliver the best service and we always strive for a 5-star service rating with all of our customers!
Responsibilities
- Work conjunctively with the service manager, dispatch, and other technicians to install HVAC related projects Input and document all data in detail into our service software (Service Titan)
- Order equipment and material when needed
- Present accurate and timely cost impact pricing to owner for all changes, and get authorization to move forward
- Assist customers on choose a maintenance plan and or financing options
- Arrive on time daily
- Strive for 5 star rating on google on every service call
- Maintain tidy truck with stocked inventory
- Collect payment on site through our service software
- Oversee and perform multiple service calls at once
- Clocking in and tracking time correctly and accurately
- Complete all calls efficiently, and educate customers
Requirements
- HVAC: 4 years (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Self-motivated and flexible team player that isn't afraid to ask for help
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Possess a RI or MA Plumbing, Refrigeration Tech, or Sheet Metal License
- EPA Certified is a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- OSHA Certified is a plus
- Service Titan is a plus
- Leadership Skills
- Positive attitude and culture driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
