Instructional Aide (part or full time)

About Us

Strategic Kids mission is to teach life strategies through games! We offer STEM-based enrichment programs to help youth develop confidence, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and healthy sportsmanship. We believe the best learning happens when kids are engaged and having fun, so our programs focus on providing a supportive yet challenging environment. We offer classes in Chess, LEGO, Magic, and Origami, serving multiple school districts in California, Colorado, and Washington.

Job Description and Expectations

We are currently looking for passionate part-time Instructional Aides to join our team. If you love working with kids and creating a positive impact on your community, this is the job for you!

We have an immediate need for after-school Instructional Aides in Vista, CA.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for working with children, especially those in elementary school
• A positive and outgoing attitude
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Experience in classroom management or with leading small groups

Instructors must have:

• Minimum high school diploma
• CPR certification (can provide training if necessary)
• Minimum 1 year working with children and/or in a classroom setting

Additionally, Instructors must be willing to undergo and pass a background check.

Hours and Pay

Available Hours:

• Monday - Friday 6:30AM -3PM
• Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 6PM

Pay:

• $20+/hour. Gas reimbursement may be available for the right candidate(s).
• Periodic bonuses may be available.
