NDSH – Jamestown, ND – Inventory Coordinator

The North Dakota State Hospital (NDSH), located in Jamestown, is a specialized psychiatric hospital that serves the whole state. Services focus on psychiatric rehabilitation, residential substance use disorders treatment, and residential treatment for sexually dangerous individuals.

As Inventory Coordinator, you will prepare and submit requisitions for all medical supplies, inspect and approve receipt of deliveries, fill client care unit supply requisitions and maintain adequate merchandise stock for use throughout NDSH.

Daily, you will maintain a computerized inventory system for all medical supplies received and distributed coordinate yearly physical inventory and prepare inventory reports. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of all bio-medical testing equipment, maintain records of all reusable medical supplies and equipment prepare inventory list of all medical equipment in use at NDSH.

You will succeed in this position, if you have a high attention to detail and you thrive on accuracy.

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or GED.
