Job Skills / Requirements

Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to) :

Janitorial Services

• Spot Cleaning / Vacuuming Carpets
• Dusting
• Trash Removal
• Dust Mopping / Sweeping
• Damp Mopping
• Manufacturing setting, dusting and cleaning areas (such as industrial fans) and cleaning walkways
• Recycling and Breakdown of Materials Specific to Job Site

Restroom Cleaning

• Damp mopping / disinfection of floors
• Dusting spot cleaning of partitions and vents
• Replenishing supplies such as toilet tissues, paper towels, etc
• Removal of trash
• Cleaning / disinfection of sinks, toilets, and urinals
• Cleaning of mirrors and fixtures

Essential Job Requirements:

Experience: At least 1 year experience in the janitorial service industry.

Required Skills: Valid Driver's License

This location requires: U.S. Citizenship, company-paid background and drug screening.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
